Join award-winning photographer, Bill Brown in this hands-on workshop.  Bring your camera, tripod, and any density filters you may have.  Bring an ND 400 nine stop 58mm – Bill will share his if you do not have your own so that you can slow down the shutter time to give you a silky waterfall.  

This class will take place “on-site.”  You will meet at Black & Brass Coffee Shop on Route 6 in Honesdale.  From The Art Factory, make a right onto Route 6.  Continue ~3 miles.  Black & Brass Coffee Shop will be on your right.  Buy a cup of coffee and enjoy the beautiful waterfall!

“Covered Bridge Photography with Bill Brown, November”

Join award winning photographer, Bill Brown in this hands-on workshop.  

You will practice exposure modes, depth of field, lens selection (wide angle vs. telephoto), composition and lighting.

This class will take place “on-site”.  You will meet at the Woodledge Covered Bridge, Hawley; from The Art Factory, make a left.  At blinking light make a left onto Elizabeth Street.  At next blinking light make a right onto Long Ridge Road.  Take Long Ridge Road to right before the intersection to Route 590.  You will see the bridge slightly recessed on the left off of Covered Bridge Road.  It is private property, so please park along the side of the road just inside the entrance.  It is 7 miles from The Art Factory.

Bring your camera, tripod, and any filters (polarizer) you may have.  Bill will show you how to improve the quality of the photograph.

Bring your digital camera and the operation manual.  You will learn how to take better photos using the many features your camera offers.  Please try to review your manual before attending the class.  Handouts will be given.
