• Your crafts must be handmade and will be examined on the day of the fair.

  • The fee is $25.00 for a 10′ x 10′ space.

  • Please bring your own table, tent, chairs, etc.

  • There are no provisions for electricity.

  • Pets are not permitted.

  • All sales are yours to keep.

  • Please bring adequate change and suitable packaging materials for your customers purchases.

  • Please plan on arriving early enough to be set up and ready to sell by 12:00.

  • You must commit to being at your booth from 12-4:00. NO EARLY BREAKDOWNS OR DEPARTURES PERMITTED. We are advertising 12-4:00 and expect you to honor that commitment.

  • We will direct you to your booth space.

  • One car per participant is permitted.

  • We will allow you to unload your merchandise and then direct you to where you can park your car for the day.

  • To allow for the maximum amount of shoppers, we appreciate your cooperation.

If your check and form are not mailed to us, we will not be able to accept your application. 

The deadline for participation is 04/28/21.

Space is limited, so we will be offering it – first come, first served.

If you are not able to get in to the fair due to the limited number of spaces, your check will be returned.

No other refunds will be offered.

We will send you an email confirmation of your fair participation acceptance and that your payment was received.
