The Art Factory of White Mills will be hosting an “Arts and Crafts Fair”.

The event will take place on Saturday, August 27, 2022 from 11:00 AM-4:00 PM.

The rain date is August 28, 2022.

• Your crafts must be handmade and will be examined on the day of the fair.

• The fee is $50.00 for a 10’ x 10’ space.

• Please bring your own table, tent, chairs, etc.

• There are no provisions for electricity.

• No vendors may sell food items.

• Pets are not permitted.

• All sales are yours to keep.

• Please bring adequate change and suitable packaging materials for your customers’ purchases.

• Please plan on arriving early enough to be set up and ready to sell by 11:00 PM (after 8:30 AM please).

• Plan on remaining “open” for sales until 4:00 PM (no early departures).

• We will direct you to your booth space.

• One car per participant is permitted.

• We will allow you to unload your merchandise and then direct you to where you can park your car for the day.

To allow for the maximum number of shoppers, we appreciate your cooperation.

Please complete the attached form and return it along with your check made payable to “The Art Factory of White Mills”.  The deadline for participation is August 03, 2022.  Space is limited, so we will be offering it first come, first served.  If you are unable to get into the fair due to the limited number of spaces, your check will be returned.  No other refunds will be offered.  We will send you an email confirmation of your fair participation acceptance and that your payment was received.  If you have any questions, please call us at 570 251-1181 or email TheArtFactoryofWhiteMills.com.

Vendor Application

Fee is $50.00 for a 10’ x 10” space.  Please make payment to “The Art Factory of White Mills”.

All items must be handcrafted; not mass produced or manufactured.

You must submit a description of items to be displayed.

A confirmation email will be sent when your application is returned to us along with full payment and we know that we have space for you.  Due to limited space, we will be selecting vendors on a 1st come, 1st served basis.

Your completed form and payment must be returned to us no later than 

August 04, 2022.
